さて、お問合せいただきました加盟店 SP PLANET COMPUTERS からのご請求額 122,200 円につきまして、同加盟店に対し請求の差し戻し手続きを行いましたことをご報告申し上げます。
つきましては、お客様への同請求を取り消しとさせていただき、X月発行の「ご利用代金明細書」上に「調整」として入金手続きをさせていただきますので、ご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

の部分だが、その時にはモノが届くということでありこちらは決済を取り消ししていただく必要はない． 僕はモノが届くのをウキウキ待っていれば良いだけだ．
翻って、とあるデバイスをMAKUAKEで支援した． それは12月にリワードがくる予定になっていたが、
「半導体不足で生産が間に合わない． だから来年2月に延びてしまう、ごめん」
という通知を受け取った． この会社さんはインチキ詐欺会社ではなく真っ当な製品を開発・販売している会社なので半導体不足は深刻なのだな、と思っている．
Astro Slidesも同様の状況なのだろう．
だが出荷時期をコミットしないから詐欺のような、いや詐欺になるのだ．
この一連の記事の目的は「泣き寝入りするな」である．
出資してリワードがこないからそれを取り戻す、というのはおそらくダメだろう．
クラウドファンディングは諦めるしかないかもしれない．
しかし、プレオーダだろうが商品の出荷予定時期が明記されていてそれを購入し決済された場合、それがいつまで経っても出荷されなければ返金してもらうことは可能なのだ．

The thing that concerns me is;
"In the event that the merchant provides us with documents proving your use of the card."
This means that I will receive the item at that time, and there is no need for me to cancel the payment. All I have to do is to wait excitedly for the delivery.
On the other hand, I supported a certain device through MAKUAKE. It was supposed to be rewarded in December, but;
"But the production will not be ready in time due to the shortage of semiconductors. So it will be postponed to next February."
This company is not a fraudulent company, but a company that develops and sells legitimate products, so I think that the shortage of semiconductors is serious.
I guess Astro Slides is in the same situation.
But they don't commit to shipping dates, so it's a scam, or rather, a fraud.
The purpose of this series of articles is to say, "Don't cry yourself to sleep".
It's probably not a good idea to fund something and then take it back when you don't get your reward.
You may have to give up crowdfunding.
However, if you have purchased and paid for a pre-ordered product with an estimated shipping date, it is possible to get a refund if the product does not ship anytime soon.
