結局、Planet Computerからメールを受け取ったというリプライは届かなかった.
件名またはアドレスでZENDESKがリジェクトしている疑いがある、
それで件名を変更して再度サポートにメールを投じてみた.
すると、

nnnnのところと メール下部にHiddenでZENDESKの管理コード的なものをXXXXに置換しているが、これがリプライメールだ. 件名またはこの管理番号でリジェクトしていたようだ.
さて、メールリプライをリジェクトするような問い合わせ管理システムというのはどうなんだろう.
「XX/XXまでに出荷連絡がこないようなら返信せよ」 と書いておいて時間稼ぎでもしているつもりなのだろうか.
今回のこの件、結果がどうなるか分からないが出来うる限り徹底的にやるつもりだ.
クラウドファンディングならRewardが来ないからといってキレるなんてことはしないが(気分は良くないが)、今回は購入したのである. 彼らが設置したECサイトを使って.
今のところ詐欺である. これで連絡が途絶えたら確定だ.

In the end, I did not receive a reply from Planet Computer saying that they had received my email.
I suspected that Zendesk was rejecting my email because of the subject line or my address.
So I changed the subject line and sent the email to support again.
The reply was;

It seems that the subject line or this control number was used to reject the email.
Now, how about a query management system that rejects email replies?
Is it a stalling tactic by stating, "If you don't hear from us by XX/XX, please reply to us" ?
I don't know what the outcome of this case will be, but I'm going to be as thorough as I can be.
I'm not going to get mad because I don't get a Reward if it's a crowdfunding project (although I don't feel good about it), but this time, I bought it. Using the e-commerce site they set up.
So far it's a scam.... If I don't hear from them again, it will be confirmed.
